In the advertisement, Wonyoung was seen at different points, reacting to the main actor and promoting the beer.
Based on the commercial, a video recently went viral claiming that Wonyoung was struggling to smile due to enhancements and changes to her lips, explaining that she had lip surgery.

When the video was posted, it quickly gained a lot of attention from netizens within a short time.
Some fans shared sadness about the alleged changes, adding that it seemed like “fillers” and how they could see the difference. Yet, some defended the idol, saying that she looked the same, with many saying that any changes could just be due to makeup style and how Wonyoung’s lips were done in the clips shown. It led to others explaining that getting fillers isn’t necessarily bad but that people can’t deny the changes in Wonyoung.
