Upcoming drama BITCH X RICH 2 has unveiled new posters featuring Kim Ye Rim and Lee Eun Saem!
Season 1 followed Kim Hye In (Lee Eun Saem), the sole witness to a high school girl’s murder, who transfers to the elite Cheongdam International High School. There, she meets Baek Jena (Kim Ye Rim), the queen of the school’s most powerful clique Diamond 6—and the prime suspect in the case.
In “BITCH X RICH 2,” new characters will shake up the hierarchy, igniting an even fiercer power struggle within Diamond 6. The upcoming season will also delve deeper into Hye In and Jena’s personal growth as they begin to realize what truly matters to them.
Lee Eun Saem plays Kim Hye In, a student from a poor background who transfers to Cheongdam International High School in exchange for staying silent about Kim Hae In’s (Jang Sung Yoon’s) fall. Kim Ye Rim portrays Baek Jena, the most powerful and influential member of Diamond 6—an elite group composed of students from chaebol families.
The newly released posters capture Kim Hye In and Baek Jena against a dark background. The two characters are shown staring directly ahead, with their faces close together. These two characters, who previously had a conflicting relationship due to differing values and social status, are expected to continue their sharp intensity in the new season.
The phrases at the top of the posters—“You wouldn’t understand. You live looking down on the world from a high place,” and, “Don’t be mistaken. You can never give me anything that matches my level”—express what Hye In and Jena want to say to each other, implicitly reflecting the unbridgeable gap between them. They also reflect Hye In and Jena’s inner thoughts while hinting that their conflict will continue in Season 2.
“BITCH X RICH 2” is set to premiere in the first week of July and will be available on Viki.
