Lee Seung Hyub is gearing up for his first TV performance with The Crown in tonight’s episode of SBS’s “Spring of Youth”!

“Spring of Youth” tells the story of Sa Gye (Ha Yoo Joon), a member of K-pop’s most famous band, who is suddenly ousted from his group. As he enrolls and adjusts to college life for the first time, he falls for Kim Bom (Park Ji Hu) and rediscovers his passion for music by joining a campus band. N.Flying’s Lee Seung Hyub stars as Sa Gye’s romantic rival Seo Tae Yang.

Spoilers

In the previous episode, Seo Tae Yang wrongly assumed that he was deliberately excluded from TWO SAGYE. Enraged by the misunderstanding, he threw himself into intense practice—and was later revealed to be the new leader of The Crown, leaving Sa Gye, Kim Bom, Bae Gyu Ri (Seo Hye Won), and Gong Jin Gu (Kim Sun Min) in shock.

In the newly released stills, Seo Tae Yang takes the stage for his first rehearsal as the new leader of The Crown. Wearing a sharp black-and-red suit that matches The Crown’s bold aesthetic, he joins fellow members Inno (N.Flying’s Seo Dong Sung), Thunder (AxMxP’s Kim Shin), and Cardi (AxMxP’s Cru) as they prepare for their upcoming broadcast performance.

Although he begins with a tense expression, Tae Yang quickly transforms into a commanding presence, captivating the stage with his powerful vocals and charisma. However, after the rehearsal, he suddenly snaps at someone—raising questions about what set him off and who’s on the receiving end of his outburst.

The production team commented, “Episode 7 will highlight the struggles Seo Tae Yang faces. His relationship with the other members of The Crown will be a key point to watch.”

Episode 7 of “Spring of Youth” will air on June 11 at 10:40 p.m. KST.
