Filming has commenced for the modern romance C-drama Dazzling and the leads will be Guan Xiao Tong and Li Yun Rui. He’s been linked to the project for weeks but she became the unexpected female lead pick after the production first chose Sun Zhenni and then moved to her. There was talk last week that the female lead would be neither of them and instead would be Zhang Ruo Nan. I don’t know the machinations behind the scenes that decided on the final pick but filming has started so like it or not these are the leads and this is expected to be a high profile quality prestige type of drama.
