Recently, actor Heo Nam Joon released an official statement regarding unofficial schedules.
They announced that he would not be attending any other schedule other than official activities from now on.
“Hello, this is H. Solid. First, we would like to thank all the fans who have shown unchanging support and love for actor Heo Nam Joon. Recently, he visited the site of an unofficial event prepared by fans to express his gratitude.
However, we deeply regret that an unexpected incident occurred, contrary to our original intention. We are continuously monitoring the situation, and after internal discussions, we would like to inform you that the actor will not visit fan events outside of official schedules, individually or through advance notice, from now on.
Actor Heo Nam Joon always appreciates the hearts of every fan and would like to respond to those hearts in the future quietly. We ask for your understanding on this matter.

It turns out he recently visited a fan birthday cafe event, but when he arrived, the fan in charge of the event stopped fans from coming in and locked the doors.
The event organizer had received an email from the agency about when Heo Nam Joon would be coming. However, the few fans that met the actor were only the organizer and their acquaintances.
Fans were absolutely shocked at the incident and felt embarrassed that the actor had to hear about this.

So to summarize, they held a birthday cafe event for him, but on the day he came to visit, the organizer and their friends made reservations, locked the doors, and hung out with him. 원래 생카•데카는 팬들끼리 모여서 하하호호 지난 활동 얘기하고 그러는 곳 아니었냐고… 지금까지 한 덕질 중에 본인등판 해서 팬들이랑 인사한 경우 한번도 없었고, 그만큼 더 소중한 추억들이었는데 결국엔 끝이 이렇게 되어버렸네
그저 배우 본인이 스스로를 탓하지 않았음 좋겠다 제발

Aren’t birthday cafe events originally a place for fans to gather and talk about past activities and things? Until now, I’ve never seen the artist appear at these events; those were all the more precious memories…But I guess this is how it ends. I hope the actor doesn’t blame himself for this.
