Hearts2Hearts, SM Entertainment‘s newest girl group, recently appeared at Incheon Airport to fly to Hangzhou for one of their offline fan signings. While everything was going well at first, it soon took a turn for the worse when one of the staff members violently pushed away an alleged fan from the group.
In a video that has since gone viral among international fans but also Korean netizens, the SM Entertainment staff member can be seen turning to the fans and shoving her away from the group as they entered a train carriage.
The fan is seemingly holding a camera as the alleged bodyguard rounds his arm around her neck and shoves her away from the train doors. After he pushes her, he turns to her and shoves her again.

The video has sparked massive outrage among Korean netizens. A post on TheQoo about it has gone viral, garnering more than 50,000 views and thousands of infuriated comments. Many have labelled the violent incident as assault and have urged the fan to sue.
- “If you’re a misogynistic man who wants to hit women, just get a job at SM. They make more of a scene than the president.”

Others have claimed that even if the fan was a sasaeng, the level of violence is not appropriate.
