THE BOYZ‘s label has issued a statement regarding the multiple rumors and allegations the members have faced.
Following member Juyeon’s dating allegations with two actresses, more “dirt” was revealed seemingly by fans, implicating other members. These allegations include smoking and drinking with younger women.
The company released the statement on July 11, and promised legal action against those who spread false information. The label also requested that fans send evidence of this to an email address to aid in this.

We recognize that the dissemination of unconfirmed content that seriously damages the reputation and character of the artists constitutes a grave illegal act.Currently, we are monitoring this issue internally and collecting evidence such as related posts and comments submitted by fans.
Based on this, we are preparing to file legal complaints and reports to investigative authorities.
We make it clear that not only those who initially wrote or distributed the falsehoods but also those who spread or assisted in the spread of such content will be held legally responsible.There will be no leniency or settlement in this process, and
we will hold all perpetrators accountable to the fullest extent of the law.We ask fans to report any related posts or information via email to help protect the rights of the artists.
