The stars of SBS’s “The Haunted Palace” have shared their thoughts ahead of tonight’s series finale!
With just one episode of the drama left to go, BTOB’s Yook Sungjae expressed his gratitude to the show’s viewers by saying, “Thank you so much for giving us your generous love and interest up until now.”
As for what viewers can look forward to in the finale, Yook Sungjae teased, “The final battle with the Colossal Shadow remains in the final episode. The showdown between the royal family and the Colossal Shadow, as well as the sacrifices Gang Cheol and Yeo Ri make for each other, will make the final episode more emotional and entertaining than any scene we’ve shown you up until now. There are still fun scenes left to be seen, so please look forward to the ending of our drama.”
WJSN’s Kim Ji Yeon (Bona) similarly thanked the drama’s viewers, remarking, “Thank you so much for giving us a truly massive amount of love and interest up until now. I was able to grow and learn a lot through the character of Yeo Ri, so I’m grateful for the time I spent [playing her]. I hope that ‘The Haunted Palace’ becomes a drama that viewers will remember for a long time, and I hope that you’ll stay with us until the very end.”
Finally, Kim Ji Hun commented, “I’d like to sincerely thank everyone who joined us for the long journey that was ‘The Haunted Palace.’ In the final episode, a surprising journey awaits that will relieve all the character’s pent-up frustrations and tie up all of the story’s loose ends. The finale of ‘The Haunted Palace’ is the episode in which the energy of the drama is most condensed, so I hope that you’ll make sure to join us for the ending no matter what.”
The final episode of “The Haunted Palace” will air on June 7 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
